March 13-17 High Springs, FL

We drove about 170 miles to O'Leno State Park where we finally got a response from the sign we had made at the beginning of our trip inviting people to knock if they wanted to play Hearts or Euchre.

Dave and Dee, full time campers originally from Indiana wanted to play Euchre! We played two afternoons in a row and had an absolutely great time (despite their winning the tie breaker). On the 16th, our last full day in High Springs, we wandered around O’Leno State Park, crossing the Santa Fe River on a suspension bridge and noting flood levels on the river.
