We woke early (to beat the worst heat of the day) and drove 220 miles to Cedar Bluffs State Park in Ogallah.
We were out in God’s country, miles from civilization.
It didn’t seem like there was much to see, but the bluffs came out of nowhere.
So did the wildlife.
On our last afternoon we experienced a severe thunderstorm that also came out of nowhere. It was exciting to watch the clouds and feel the wind.
