April 17-20 Williamsburg, VA

We drove via a circuitous route to Chickahominy River Front Park in Williamsburg VA.  We found a lovely site overlooking the water—three bodies of water in fact:  the James River, the Chickahominy River and Gordon Creek.

We were in Williamsburg to visit Hal and Ann Fulk who brought us to Yorktown to eat lunch at a waterfront restaurant and to visit Yorktown National Park.

We watched naval maneuvers from our Yorktown restaurant.

We had a wonderful time eating good food and trading travel stories.  A special thanks to the Fulks for renting War Horse and showing it to us in their beautiful new theatre room.
